I have been on both sides of the fence as a client of Available Now, They have handled the rental of my apartment originally to a Spanish tenant and more recently to an English tenant and the apartment has let on both occasions very quickly indeed. I was introduced to the tenants before the start of the tenancy and everything was handled on my behalf without any need for me to get involved at all. From time to time small issues have arisen, and the maintenance staff dealt with them quickly and at little cost to me. On the other side of the fence, I also rent a house through Available Now, and have done so for three and a half years. When I first saw the house, it was perfect for my requirements, and still is. The landlords live in England and I have had little contact directly with them, having kept in regular contact with Available Now, and again any small issues that have come up have been quickly dealt with by the maintenance staff. I really have to say that I have found Dominic, Camilla and the rest if the team a pleasure to deal with, they are always friendly and helpful and the next time my apartment is free or I am looking to move I will certainly use their services.
