We found a great guy in Dominic, he sold our apartment to a cash buyer who was a Spanish Government Official. From offer to completion it was a couple of months. When we decided to buy again in Spain my husband went over a few times in the beginning of 2019 and registered with several agents. All of them saying they understood what we were looking for. Again Dominic came up trumps and I went over for the 2nd viewing and he negotiated a fabulous price. Our villa was on for just under 500 euros and we got it for 320 euros and that’s why I was able to pay for a total refurbishment. Dominic is a very professional and trustworthy chap.
