Firstly thank you so much for the superb bottle of fizz you so kindly presented us on completion. We enjoyed drinking it on our own balcony celebrating our good luck. Secondly thank you for all your help with our search and subsequent purchase in Spain. We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done to assist us, we absolutely love our new apartment, it is tempting us to move out there permanently.
